FESHE

Working with coordinators of two- and four-year academic fire and EMS degree programs, the USFA's National Fire Academy (NFA) has established the FESHE (Fire and Emergency Services in Higher Education) network of emergency services-related education and training providers.

FESHE works to enhance the quality and consistency of educational programs through a formal network, and to address national issues that impact these education programs. FESHE has created a model curriculum for a Fire Science degree, and the EMS arm of the group is currently developing a model curriculum for EMS as well.
